Things don’t change all that quickly in Florence, but if they do, it’s almost always the day after I’ve sent the manuscript of my guidebook to the publisher. The great thing about blogging is that I can now update my book after the fact! Because things do close and open and change and develop … and now I can keep you posted without having to wait for a third edition. Here are a few updates:
- Caffeteria Piansa on Borgo Pinti has closed
- Momayama Japanese restaurant on Borgo San Frediano seems to still be in operation, but has changed its name. It is still a kind of private “club”
